Nutrition is especially important at My Life Health and Fitness. Consultations and packages are based on the needs of the client. Included is the free use of the Libro app attached to my Nutritics software. This app allows clients who wish to track their food intake and activity to do so along with access to my recipes on the app. Clients are provided with an analysis of their current diet using my Nutritics software and are provided with tailor made meal plans based on the foods they like and any allergies or food intolerances they may have. The purpose of the nutrition consultation(s) will determine what supports the client may need to meet their goals.
